Choosing Running Shoes: Gait, Fit and Injury Prevention

Walk into any running store and you can feel the pressure to get it exactly right. Wall after wall of shoes, each promising to fix your stride, guard your knees, or shave seconds off your pace.     Trail shoes are a different animal, designed for dirt, roots, rock, and mud.
