AI Notice & Transparency
Transparency matters to us. That’s why we openly explain here how the content on PSAWEAR is created, where we use artificial intelligence (AI), and how we make sure the information is reliable. Last updated: August 2026.
In short
The articles and many of the images on PSAWEAR are created with the help of AI tools and published under human editorial responsibility. AI helps us research, structure and write – but the editorial direction, the choice of topics and the responsibility for what appears here rest with us as the site operator.
How our articles are created
We use modern AI language models as a tool – think of them as a highly capable writing and research assistant. The typical process looks like this:
- Topic selection: We decide what to cover – guided by current events, safety questions and what is genuinely useful for our readers.
- Research: For current news, reputable and verifiable sources are consulted (authorities, expert bodies, official portals). We link the key sources directly in the text so you can check them yourself.
- Drafting: Based on this, the AI model produces a structured draft in the PSAWEAR style.
- Review & publishing: The article is checked for plausibility, sources and clarity, and then published. Final editorial responsibility lies with the operator.
How our images are created
Many of the featured images on PSAWEAR are AI-generated illustrations (created with image generators, among other tools). They are for illustration purposes and do not depict real people, brands or specific events unless expressly stated otherwise. Where we use genuine photos, product images or third-party graphics, these are labelled accordingly or come from licensed sources.
Our commitment to quality
- Facts before speed: For news and safety-relevant topics we rely on official and verifiable sources and link to them.
- Honest assessment: We put studies and recommendations into context to the best of our knowledge – including their limitations and open questions.
- Not professional advice: Our content is general information and does not replace individual medical, legal or safety advice. When in doubt, please consult professionals or the relevant authorities.
The limits of AI – stated honestly
AI systems are powerful, but not infallible. They can summarise information incorrectly or contain outdated details. We work carefully to avoid mistakes – yet an error can slip through. If you spot something that isn’t right, we’d be grateful for a note. The linked original sources (e.g. authorities and official warning portals) are always authoritative for accuracy.
Advertising & affiliate links
Some articles – especially guides and buying advice – contain affiliate links (e.g. to Amazon). If you buy through such a link, marked as an ad, we receive a small commission; the price stays the same for you. Pure news articles contain no affiliate links. You can find details in our Affiliate Disclosure.
